Cerrado Mineiro Region
Located in the northwest of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Cerrado Mineiro is one of the world’s most respected coffee-growing regions and was the first in Brazil to receive Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status.
The region is defined by its distinct seasons—a warm, wet summer followed by a dry winter—creating ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Farms are typically situated between 800 and 1,300 metres above sea level, producing coffees known for their consistency, quality, and distinctive regional character.
All coffees from the region are Origin and Quality Certified by the Cerrado Mineiro PGI Regulatory Board, ensuring traceability and adherence to strict quality standards.
