Bani Matar is a farmers collective of 200 farmers located
to the west of Sanaa city.
This coffee is also famously known as Mokha Matari
around the world. The coffee is grown at high elevations
in a very dry environment.
Tasting Notes:
Sweet and acidic cup with notes of Apricot, Raspberry, Rose, White Chocolate and
Canteloupe a little wild and earthy – proper coffee
