THE ORIGIN
Jean Vilhena Faleiros is one of the most respected specialty coffee producers in Brazil, based at Santa Monica Farm in Ibiraci, Minas Gerais, at an elevation of 1,200 metres in the Alto Mogiana region. The farm hosts over 10,000 square metres of African drying beds, the largest in Brazil, alongside advanced temperature-controlled fermentation facilities. Each lot is produced without synthetic chemicals and with meticulous yeast-specific protocols that define the character of every batch.
