This regional specialty coffee is produced by small-scale coffee farmers that own an average of 1.25-hectare farms. Guayata is located in the southeastern region of Boyacá.
The producer assists the coffee growers by offering incentives and premiums based on cup quality and physical grading helping to produce great coffees for roasters all over the world.
