More then 400 farmers bring their fresh cherries to
Konga Sede washing station, located just outside Yirgacheffe town
to assist farmers with their domestic finances, the washing station pays an initial installment to each farmer who then usually stick around the station to watch their lot being processed. At this point they are then paid.
