Located to the North of Guatemala Huehuetenango is in one of Guatemala’s three non Volcanic regions the remote territory contributes to the unique flavor profile of coffees found in the region this remoteness means that most producers need to process their own coffees

and dont want to spend time blending – just roast and drink

full body rich semi sweet – syrupy body, earthy dark cocoa & spice notes – long sweet finish medium acidity with notes of malt makes a great espresso or milk based coffee.

About this coffee
named after the legendary merchant Baba Budan who smuggled coffee seeds out of Yemen, and planted them in this very region – This shade grown coffee has been inter-planted with the natural forest trees like Teak, Rosewood, Silver oak & Jackfruit along with Orange and Pepper
