we like it medium- dark roast to accentuate the medium acidity or a little darker if you like it that way
Indian Tiger Mountain coffee has a full body with dark cocoa and some caramel and bright hints of orange/mandarine acidity some roasted nut throughout the cup easy roasting & drinking
use it to add punch to a blend or make it a great single origin (like we do)
