Farm information
the second-largest city in Central America’s smallest country – Santa Ana, El Salvador.
Within the department of Santa Ana, a group of smallholders toil in the vestiges of volcanic
activity. Thanks to ash-enhanced soil, plants have rich nutrients to draw upon and at their high
elevations, the cherry maturation period is slow and steady, optimising flavour and integrating
acidity. Thanks to dedicated and skilled nurture in these most favorable conditions, the Santa Ana
farmers have built a strong reputation for sweet and balanced coffees.
