body, intense citric acidity, evident sweetness, and prolonged finish.
Floral aroma with notes of red candied fruits,
on a bed of chocolate. Rich and full smooth body with a slight winey aftertaste. makes a terrific espresso and a great long black
Background
Simone Borges met Luiz Carlos when she worked as a coffee picker. They got married years
later and she is proud to say she was the one who planted the very first coffee tree on their small farm. They now have 2 kids, and they all work together at the farm.
Mrs Borges has always been searching for new ways to improve quality with a focus on organic farming.
In 2019 she worked hard to produce her own micro-lot. Alone, she took care of all stages from picking to processing. Her coffee stands out by having
a fruity and sweet profile, full body and balanced acidity.
