Farm Details
Situated within the Guji region, Deri Kojuwa washing station serves up to 500 small farms, which range from 0.5 to 2 hectares in size. Historically, natural coffees were processed as an after thought towashed coffees, however thanks to vertical integration and interest by both producer and roaster they are considered specialty coffees and are afforded that additional care during processing.
