Claudia is a 4th generation Coffee Producer. El Paraiso farm
has been owned by Claudia’s family since the 1800s.
Claudia’s farm is Café Practices Certified. Café Practices
verified that every three month a doctor comes to the farm and
supplies medical assistance and medicine at no cost to the
workers. They also host a Christmas party for the workers
children and the surrounding communities.

Belonging to South of Minas Gerais, Mantiqueira de Minas is a small hilly area, tucked into
the state’s highest region . This elevated coffee region is largely represented by smallholder producers.
Coffees from this region present outstanding citrus, floral and fruity notes, creamy and dense
body, intense citric acidity, nuanced sweetness, and prolonged finish
smooth heavy body notes of Bakers Chocolate Cocoa• Dried Apple • crisp finish• this full bodied coffee makes a delicious espresso also works well as a filter coffee – sweet clean balanced cup long sweet aftertaste
we roast this medium -ish for a great espresso but if you’d like a lighter or darker roast please let us know in the notes when you check out
